It's why I created The Holistic Habit, to hold space for you to pause and check in with yourself, to offer you a variety of tools, guidance and resources to build a self-care and wellness routine that works for you and evolves with you.
There is no right or wrong way. You simply need to show up for yourself and trust that God has everything under control.
How it Works:
Each month you'll get an email when your devotional, health coaching and self-care lessons are ready. You'll also receive an email reminder for our monthly office hours. The list of care circle gathering dates and times will be available in the member site.
