The Meditated Mom
Stop stress and support your self-care throughout motherhood
Meditate:
medəˌtāt
1 // to think deeply or focus one's mind for a period of time, in silence or with intentional sound, for religious or spiritual purposes or as a method of relaxation.
2 // to plan mentally; consider
3 // to engage in contemplation or reflection
4 // to engage in mental exercise
5 // to deliberately or attentively plan in the mind
The Meditated Mom thinks deeply about who she is, the type of mother she strives to be, and what she desires to bring to her life and the world each day. She knows that she needs support and resources to make it through each day and isn't afraid to seek them out. She knows, or is learning, that asking for help is not a sign a weakness, but in truth a sign of strength. She wants to offer her best self to her family each day, but recognizes her own need for self-care and preservation. So she takes the time to equip herself with the necessary tools to make life happen with greater ease and joy and peace of mind.
